Available space
The Tagesheim Baslerstrasse offers a total of 44 full-time places. These are divided into three age-mixed groups for children from 3 months to 13 years, and one student group. During term-time and for a total of five weeks during the school holidays, the day-care center offers a range of childcare services specifically tailored to the needs of school children, including lunch table (20 places) and afternoon care (11 places).
Admission requirements
Available for children from 3 months to 13 years. Priority is given to children whose parents are living or working in Allschwil. Parents who work in Allschwil, but don't live there, are not entitled to subsidies from the municipality. The minimum period of care is 40%.
Our core task

Location
In our spacious rooms that are specifially adapted to the needs of children, we offer ideal conditions to feel at home and develop their sills and abilities. With the very large outdoor play areas, we can optimally meet the natural urge to move of the children entrusted to us at any time. The direct connection to the break area of the primary school Neuallschwil offers additional play possibilities and a safe and uncomplicated way to school also for our schoolchildren. Training center
Within the foundation, we offer in each group a training place for childcare specialists. We are Aware of the importance and responsibility of our learning mission and accompany our apprentices continuously and professionally throughout their aprrenticeship with qualified instructions. We are thus actively committed to ensuring that we can continue to recruit great employees for our foundation in the future.
Staff
Each group is led by qualified professionals. As a learning institution, we always reflect critically on our own actions and are supported by internal and external experts. With continuous professional training, we ensure that our pedagogical activities and our concepts always reflect the most up to date practices. Within the foundation, we see our employees as the most important capital for our work. Accordingly, we maintain a respectful and benevolent relationship with each other.
